This was a thread i made on modhalo a while back with a winrar with CLOSE to 143 Halo 2 modding tools, i may have miscounted a couple so they're probably more. But they ALL WORK and if some don't then if your on win 7 as i am, run it in compatibility mode in Windows XP or update framework and make sure you have what you need to make the tool work. To this day i still mod Halo 2 on Xbox Connect so i still use a majority of these tools and they work fine for me.
I will also began to update it with more tools and update this thread with a new link each time. Anyways, enjoy . And remember, Halo 2 modding has never died, and never will. Keep it alive Halo Mods community.
